Thermal environments for aged adults
In this study, we will understand how healthy bodies respond to exercise in warm environments. We are recruiting older adults to participate in light cycling for in warm room.
You鈥檒l have a few pieces of non invasive equipment to record some outcome measures we鈥檙e interested in, and we will ask participants to complete four bouts of exercise on different days. In recognition of your time, we will provide you with Coles/Myer gift cards upon completion of the trial.听
Eligibility
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
- Healthy older subjects 65-85 years of age;
- Non-obese (of a healthy BMI)
- HbA1C <5.7% (Non-diabetic, or has diabetes but is well-controlled)
