The new six-week winter break (22 June to 5 August) was introduced to provide more options (and time) to go on a , ranging from two to six weeks long. While it’ll be winter in Sydney and the rest of the Southern Hemisphere, there are many summer schools, programs and courses offered in the UK, Europe and North America for a perfect mid-year trip! Applications for these are now open on the .
The Global Mobility Database is your one-stop shop for all the different international programs and experiences available during your degree. Must-know new features include:

With the aim to make global opportunities more accessible,Ìýthe University’s minimum eligibility requirements for overseas study have changed. Students looking to undertake a global program for credit are now eligible if they have a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 50 and if they are successfully progressing in their course. Keep in mind that these are Sydney’s minimum requirements and you may need to meet further requirements of the host institution, such as higher grades, language ability, unit of study prerequisites and more before being accepted into a mobility program.
