The University of Sydney is pleased to announce a partnership with Monash University to develop聽360info as an聽independent information resource聽for publishers, broadcasters, schools and civic society outlets.听360颈苍蹿辞听operates as a wire agency聽distributing research-driven content that addresses聽the world鈥檚 key challenges and offers solutions.聽
360info聽launched from its base at Monash University in November 2021 and has since established content partnerships with over 1,000 media outlets throughout the Asia聽Pacific region. It is curated by a team of experienced journalists and news editors who collaborate with university researchers around the world to create factual multimedia news packages and explainers.聽360info does not provide breaking news, opinion or commentary. Instead, it is a media resource providing contextual, explanatory and, at times, corrective information. 聽
At a time when media diversity matters more than ever, the 360info project delivers reliable, trusted and accurate information that can be used as a valuable resource for newsrooms.
The University of Sydney will host聽360info鈥檚 Sydney Editor, to be based at the main campus in Camperdown.
