The THE rankings are based on 13 criteria covering citations, publications, doctorates awarded, research, student to academic ratios, international students and staff and reputation. The University of Sydney increased its score in eight of the 13 鈥榮ub-indicators鈥.
The most significant improvement was in the University鈥檚 reputation for teaching and research in economic and business 鈥 up 30 places on last year.
