Business law and regulation research

Law facilitates and regulates business, so business advisors need to understand how the law works. Our academics produce a wide variety of influential research that is cited by the courts, used extensively by practitioners and tertiary institutions, and has an impact on parliamentary enquiries and law reform bodies.

Research engagement means that we have links with large accounting firms and top tier law firms and collaborate with professional and advisory bodies.
