罢丑别听UN Women Australia MBA scholarship听aims to promote gender equality at the most senior levels of the nation's public, corporate and not-for-profit sectors and is worth over $60,000.
As the General Manager of Newland Global Group (NGG), a leading corporate advisory firm specialising in the Australia-India trade investment space, Natasha鈥檚 work is focussed on trade opportunities, investment flows, market trends and direct dealings with Indian businesses and government.
Natasha is driven by the ambition to build connections, insights and capabilities, that deepen bilateral economic ties and execute the Australian Government鈥檚 vision of the India Economic Strategy to 2035 and Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement.
Natasha demonstrates ambitious career goals and personal intent in breaking down barriers to gender equity and I look forward to her contributions to the MBA program.
Early life lessons and inspiration for Natasha came from her mother who was married at 16, went on to complete her education post-marriage and is today an educator in India.
鈥淲hile growing up I was surrounded by female role models who helped me wire my thought process - into learning, dreaming, and believing in myself, to make myself aware that my choice of education or career would not be decided by my gender, but simply by my level of ambition, skillset, and conviction,鈥澨齭aid听Natasha.听
Natasha holds an undergraduate degree in History from LSR, Delhi University, a Master of Public Policy from UBD, Brunei Darussalam and PG (Dip) in Mass Communication from MCRC, JMI University in New Delhi. Before moving to Sydney, Natasha worked as a Senior Analyst for the Parliament of India working across policy analysis, advocacy, and communication. Natasha's current role at Newland Global Group听focusses on specific project areas within the Australia-India trade space including mining, health and manufacturing.听
Having recently transitioned into business consulting, Natasha sees the part-time MBA as an opportunity to refine her business analytical and problem-solving skills, which are essential as the world continues to navigate through the pandemic.
"The current COVID-19 crisis has further exposed the need for organisations to encourage a diverse mix of views and knowledge to thrive," said Natasha.
I hope to utilise my MBA to create more 鈥楧iversity Champions鈥� that bring new perspectives and influence culture and behaviours that create equal opportunities and overcome barriers to gender equality.

Natasha commences studies of the part-time MBA in Semester 1, 2022. The UN Women Australia MBA Scholarship is awarded twice a year to an exceptional applicant who successfully completes a statement of motivation, a discussion forum with accompanying reflective essay, and a final interview.
