There is more than one way to manage a project.ÌýHowever many organisations become entrenched in standardisation that may no longer meet their needs, including consideration of change required for the project to be successful.ÌýThis Unit of ¸ßÇ帣ÀûƬ introduces students to a range of different approaches to project management, building the ability to critically question current practice and improve organisational outcomes.
